When I'm telling you our houses exceed both in quality and equipment the standard bungalows offered by the park or tour-operators, I am not exaggerating at all.
We have bought the houses a couple of years ago, and we have arranged them in a way how we like to spend our holidays, and each time 1 of our guests gave a suggestion, we added this.

Obviously it all starts with the location. It's a large park with 78 private houses,...and we visited the park several times before we bought a house, so we knew exactly what to look for.
Both our houses offer splendid uninterrupted views, are located close to the pools area, but still in a quiet location. It offers privacy, comfort and that o-so important holiday feeling, from the minute you arrive.
Both houses are identical, and offer 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a living room, a fully equiped kitchen and 2 spacious terraces.
The entrance is secured by a gate which offers extra safety and privacy. On the terrace you'll find an outdoor kichen with a weber gas BBQ, and a lounge set as well as ambient lighting to confortably spend late hours with friends overlooking the skyline of Calpe.
